如何購買
**由於 預定貨品 的出貨日期未定，請與現貨分開下單**
1. 把想買的貨品 Add to Cart
2. 到購物車加入新會員 或 登入現有會員帳號
3. 選取交收方法，如有需要可輸入Promo Code和Note
4. 按 Pay
5. 根據指示輸入送貨資料和付款
6. 完成付款後記得截圖並連上傳到系統
付款方式
本地付款只限Payme、FPS、銀行轉賬，如使用其他方法付款，需要收取手續費。
有關本地取貨
**請大家填寫資料時核對清楚，如因填寫錯誤而引致額外郵費或其他費用，本店一律不會負責**
本地交收可選：
1. 易寄取 $12起 (首0.5kg / 郵局或智郵站取，有追蹤)
2. 順豐到付
3. 平郵 $5起 (不建議，風險自付)
4. 觀塘寄賣店取 9460 請留意寄賣店營業日期及時間到取。

正價滿$350以上包易寄取
正價滿$600以上包順豐站/智能櫃
已付貨品可存放最多兩個月才寄出 (請聯絡我們安排)
逢星期二/四寄貨 (需於2天前付款)
一般情況3-5個工作天內出貨
有關退貨
小本經營，一般情況下不設退換。
如收到貨品後的任何問題，請與本店聯絡，可以到Instagram DM或到Contact Us填寫表格，我們會盡快回覆。
由於大部份貨品均於實體寄賣店售賣，網上商品未能實時反影貨品最新數量。
如遇缺貨，將會由客服以電郵或Whatsapp聯絡並退回該貨品的價錢，不接受全單取消。
如有任何爭議，玩物養志保留最終決定權。
有關積分Pencil 和 購物金
每購物滿HK$1可得1Pencil。
每50Pencil可獲得$1購物金，可於下次購物時使用。
800Pencil可選全單95折：1000Pencil可選全單9折。
所有Pencil會於該年12月31日到期，翌年1月1日歸零。
Pencil一經兌換成購物金或折扣，並不能換回Pencil。
購物金/折扣可於 My Rewards 先兌換後於付款時使用，或於付款時直接選擇使用。
每個訂單只能用一個優惠。
如有任何爭議，玩物養志保留最終決定權。
HOW TO BUY
**Please separate Preorder and In Stock orders**
1. Press Add to Cart for items you want to purchase
2. Login to your account or register a new one
3. Pick your shipping method. Type in your Promo Code if you have one, or write in Note if you want to leave us a message.
4. Press Pay button
5. Enter your shipping details
6. If you are paying by any methods instead of Credit Cards and PayPal, please remember to capture the screenshot and upload to the system

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
**Please make sure your shipping details are correct, we will not be responsible for any extra costs it might cause**
Local Shipment：Local Pickup in 9460 shop / SF-express / HK Post
Free HK Post e-express service if purchased $350 or above
Free SF-express self pick up service if purchased $600 or above
International Shipment：Registered Airmail
RETURNS & REFUND
We generally do not accept returns and refund if it is not our fault. However if you have any enquires after you have received your items, feel free to contact us through Instagram or send us a message in Contact Us，we will reply as soon as possible。
There may be occasions that an out of stock item is available in the shop. We would do partial refunds and any extra shipping cost if this is the case. Full cancellation is not accepted.
In case of any dispute, Mi X Mi Stationery reserves the right of final decision.
About Pencil and Shop Credits
Gain 1 Pencil for every HK$1 spent.
Every 50 Pencil can be redeemed into HK$1 to be spend in the store in the next purchase. 800 Pencil can be redeemed to be 5% off the whole order：while 1000 Pencil can be redeemed to be 10% off the whole order.
All Pencil expires on 31th December of the same year.
Once redeemed, the Credits cannot be changed back to Pencil.
Shop Credits/Discounts can first be redeemed in the My Rewards page and use it during checkout, or choose directly when checkout.
Only one redemption can be used in each order.
In case of any dispute, Mi X Mi Stationery reserves the right of final decision.
